Description
This course is an introduction to the practice of supervision. Emphasis is placed on understanding the role of the supervisor in the management process, improving communication, resolving conflicts and increasing productivity.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will:
- Paraphrase the skills needed at the various levels of management.
- Apply the functions of management to supervisory responsibilities.
- Implement effective communication tools in workplace scenarios/cases.
