EGR 100 - Engineering Seminar Credits: 1 1 Lecture Hours
Description This course prepares students for careers in engineering and technology. The course aquaints students with methods for solving practical engineering problems. Film and guest lecturers are utilized to describe the character of the work of graduate engineers in each of several engineering professions. Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of the course, the student will:
- List potential pathways for engineering careers.
- Describe the skills required for careers in engineering.
- Solve problems using engineering methods.
- Construct engineering graphs by calculating basic functions and operations.
