BIO 161 - Anatomy & Physiology 1 Credits: 4 3 Lecture Hours 3 Lab Hours Prerequisites: BIO 110 or BIO 151 A course in systemic human biology for students in allied health, nursing, physical education and other fields requiring a background in human biology. The focus of the course is normal anatomy and physiology, with reference to pathological situations as appropriate. The course focuses on body organization; tissues; and the integumentary, skeletal-articular, muscular, nervous and the endocrine systems.
