HLS 207 - Homeland Security and Emergency Mgmt Credits: 3 3 Lecture Hours This course provides the student with a management perspective and understanding of organizations. mitigation, prevention, planning, preparedness, readiness, response and recovery relating to homeland security events. The focus is on U.S. policies and programs to address the hazard posed by international and domestic terrorism, particularly the risks posed by weapons of mass destruction since 9/11.
