OTA 101 - Introduction to Occupational Therapy Credits: 5 3 Lecture Hours 4 Lab Hours This is an introduction to occupational therapy and the role of the occupational therapy assistant in health care. Topics include history and philosophy, theories of practice, definition of the profession, disability groups treated, treatment settings, terminology used and modalities employed.
