RAD 207 - Radiologic Technology 3 Credits: 4 4 Lecture Hours Prerequisites: BIO 162 PHY 100 RAD 157 RAD 158C Co-requisites: PHY 128 and RAD 208C
This course is an introduction to specialized radiographic procedures of nonskeletal areas and the biological effects of exposure to ionizing radiation. It also includes a review of the basic radiation cell physiology and chemistry that influence somatic and genetic responses from ionized tissue.
