BUS 204 - Labor Relations Credits: 3 3 Lecture Hours Prerequisites: BUS 101 This course is an analysis of collective bargaining as well as the causes and possible solutions to conflict between management and labor. The course includes the following topics: wages, pensions, working conditions, safety and union recognitions, wage and salary administration practices, recruitment, training programs, and procedures.
