CJC 203 - Evidence and Procedures Credits: 3 3 Lecture Hours This course is a study of the principles, duties and mechanics of criminal justice procedures in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as they apply to search and seizure, arrest and investigations. Also considered is the evaluation of evidence and proof with regard to kind, degree, admissibility, competence and weight. The course emphasizes rules of evidence at the operational level of law enforcement.
