NRN 201 - Dimensions in Nursing

Prerequisites: NRN-102 BIO 162  PSY 108  
This course explores current issues impacting the profession of nursing and health care delivery today. The emphasis is on group learning through shared experience. Students explore legal-ethical questions, roles of the nurse, nursing research, the Internet, health care delivery system, professional responsibilities, and accountability to self, the profession and society. This is a non-clinical course. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
