STI 311 - Ironworker Foreman Train Supervision Credits: 1 1 Lecture Hours
Description This course is designed to prepare the apprentice for a leadership position as a foreman. Students will learn the roles and responsibilities of being a foreman. They will learn how to create an effective work team, communicate effectively, apply problem solving skills, document and maintain records; plan and schedule work and implement a safety program. Learning Outcomes Identify the roles and responsibilities of the Ironworker foreman.
