Description
An overview of real estate listing and selling procedures. Included is an in-depth study of all types of real estate financing, including FHA, VA, conventional, construction and special mortgages. Cooperatives, condominiums and other types of private and public funding and development techniques are evaluated.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will:

Analyze the types of mortgages.
Apply licensing and registration procedures.
Describe brokerage and agency relationships.
Analyze closing procedures with regard to real estate contracts.
Successfully complete a practice Real Estate Licensing Exam.
Pass Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam.
