HPE 129 - Physical Cond/Weight Train 2 Credits: 2 3 Activity Hours Prerequisites: HPE 128 This course enables experienced (HPE 128 preferred) physical conditioning students to continue their exercise program under the supervision and guidance of a qualified instructor. Each student evaluates his/her own health status and participates in a physical conditioning program designed to meet personal goals and interests. Areas of concentration are cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Students with current high fitness levels may experiment with advanced training techniques to enhance their physical conditioning program.
