This course builds on the concepts and laboratory skills introduced in Biotechnology Lab 1. Special concepts will include advanced molecular biology methods used in protein and nucleic acid analysis, enzyme medicated reactions, cell culture techniques, DNA sequence interpretation and gene amplification.
