CJC 151 - Criminal Justice System Law Credits: 3 3 Lecture Hours This course examines criminal, constitutional and procedural law. The basic constitutional rights applicable to those involved in the criminal justice system from arrest to sentencing are discussed. The development of public policy in the administration of criminal justice and the legal principles for determining criminal and civil liability are studied.
