CLR 110 - Appl Food Srv Sanitation/Safety Credits: 3 2 Lecture Hours 2 Lab Hours A course in sanitation and safety in food service. Topics include food spoilage, food-borne illnesses, food protection, equipment care, and personal hygiene. Emphasized is the role of the food service industry in the protection of the public’s health. The student prepares to take the National Sanitation examination.
