DIT 103 - Nutrition Assessment Credits: 2 2 Lecture Hours This course introduces the student to the application of the basic principles of normal nutrition. Students will learn how to collect data and interpret data to be used by a DTR or made available to an RD for interpretation. This course includes completing diet histories, and calculating nutrient composition of diets using a computer program and skin fold measurements. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
